Before You Reach Out

How does a typical engagement begin?

Most engagements begin with a scoped assessment — a defined-duration, fixed-deliverable piece of work that produces a current-state analysis and prioritized recommendations. This gives both parties a clear view of the problem and the path forward before committing to a longer engagement.

Do you work with organizations outside the US?

Our primary client base is US-based commercial enterprises and US Government agencies. We work within ITAR and export control requirements and do not take engagements that conflict with national security obligations.

Can you work on-site?

Yes. While many engagements are conducted remotely, we can work on-site for sensitive environments, classified settings, or when in-person collaboration is essential to the work. Travel logistics are scoped as part of the engagement.

What size organizations do you typically work with?

We work with mid-market enterprises (500–5,000 employees) and large enterprises, as well as federal agencies ranging from small program offices to major cabinet-level departments. Engagement scope scales to organizational size.

Do you have case studies or references?

Due to the nature of our work — often involving sensitive data environments and government clients — we are selective about public case studies. Vetted references are available under NDA for qualified prospective clients.

How quickly can an engagement start?

Assessment engagements can typically begin within two to three weeks of signed agreement. Urgency-driven engagements (compliance deadlines, active incidents) are given priority scheduling. Contact us directly for time-sensitive situations.
